Bhubaneswar: A high-level meeting chaired by Usha Padhee, Principal Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department, was held today to deliberate on the establishment of a world-class Sri Jagannath Museum, Library, and Culture Research Centre .
The meeting focused on preparing an integrated roadmap that will be presented to the appropriate authorities for further action. Smt. Padhee emphasized the importance of preserving Puri’s spiritual and cultural legacy while enhancing urban infrastructure. “Our efforts aim to respect the sanctity of Puri and promote its rich heritage in line with the vision of Viksit Odisha,” she stated.
This initiative aligns with the State Government’s broader agenda to promote cultural pride, heritage preservation, and urban transformation. A detailed project plan will now be developed for submission to higher authorities.
